Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Frouive, customer satisfaction is important to us.
1. **Refunds** will be provided only if the service/product is not delivered as described.
2. **Refund requests** must be made within 7 days of purchase.
3. **Cancellations** should be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
4. No refund will be processed for services already consumed or completed.
